Can I add my passport information to my COVID results?

Yes, you are able to include your test results on your COVID-19 results. 

You may include your passport information when you schedule your appointment on samedayhealth.com. You do not have to include this information to finish booking, but including your passport number and country will automatically print that information on your test results when they are finalized.
