414 West Broadway is conveniently located in SOHO Manhattan NYC, a 5 minute walk from the Spring Street (E train) subway station, and an 8 minute walk from Prince street (R W trains) and Broadway Lafayette (B D F M trains).  We are located in the heart of SoHo shopping and art gallery district between Spring Street and Prince Street, Two blocks south of W.Houston ST.   There is some street parking in the area as well as parking garages on Varick Street and lower West Broadway all within a 5-10 minute walk from our location.
