Sameday Health Superbills

Sameday Health provides superbills for COVID-19 diagnostic testing.

Superbills are essentially invoices that contain your personal information, appointment information, and medical codes that classify the service provided and reason for service. You can use superbills to file a claim with their insurance provider and can be fully or partially reimbursed for the costs they paid out of pocket to be tested. If you purchased a Self-Pay RT-PCR Priority Test, a Self-Pay Rapid Antigen Test, Rapid NAAT Test, or 1 Hr. RT-PCR test, a superbill will be provided online in your client portal. 

 

To access your Superbill:

1. Log into your client portal and download the PDF file.
2. Or you can contact Customer Support at [e-mail] or [phone] and one of our agents can email your superbill to you.
