Sameday Vitamin Shots for Minors

Sameday Health's Vitamin Shots can be administered to clients of all ages!

For our Vitamin Shot product line, including our Energy Boost, Beauty Boost, Muscle Boost, Weight Loss Boost, and Immunity Boost shots, clients must be 18 years old and older to book an appointment. 

We are able to provide Vitamin Shots for those younger than 18, however, as long as a parent or legal guardian is present and completes an authorization form. 

Please make an appointment at samedayhealth.com. When you arrive at the clinic, the licensed healthcare professional will evaluate the client before administering the shot. The evaluation includes filling out a consent form and medical history information. Once the paperwork is reviewed and the client deemed eligible for the service, the shot will be administer into the client's arm. If the client is not able to receive the Vitamin Shot, a full refund will be initiated at the clinic.
