What is the general wellness screening?

The general wellness screening panel includes the lipid panel (LDL, Fasting Triglyceride, HDL, Total Cholesterol), complete blood count (RBC, WBC, hemoglobins, hematocrit, red blood cell indices, platelets), comprehensive metabolic panel (glucose, liver enzymes, kidney function, thyroid, electrolytes, carbon dioxide), and a urinalysis (ketones, glucose, bilirubin, pH, proteins, specific gravity). The collection method is a blood draw, and results will be emailed to the patient through Elation, our electronic health records system.
