Casey is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families thrive with a holistic psychological approach specializing in trauma, anxiety, relationships, depression, and mood disorders.
Utilizing psychodynamic, cognitive/brain-based, somatic, and client-focused therapeutic modalities combined with Eastern-based practices such as mindfulness and yoga, Casey helps her clients create change. Casey has worked in diverse settings with individuals struggling with chronic mental illness in inpatient hospital facilities, underserved families through non-profit programs, and in private practice. Casey is also the clinical program director of a therapeutic enrichment program for preschool aged children in West Los Angeles. Through compassion, empathy, and a warm therapeutic connection, Casey empowers her clients to reach their highest potential.
When Casey is not in office, she serves as a business development officer for a Los Angeles based non-profit that helps engage local communities in connecting through the arts. She is a trained yoga instructor and shares her knowledge of meditation practices and physiology with her clients. Casey believes the most healing component to the therapeutic process is creating a connected relationship. She will work with you through a collaborative process to help you access your inner strength and resilience.
